The AGNPH is also an archive, so that means any user may submit art/stories. By having such an "open" community, having a picture posted means it is generally allowed to be uploaded by the artist. If this is not the case, and you find your art, story, or other work posted without your consent, please immediately contact Psyco_Charmander (found on the contact page). Tell him what pictures need to be removed, show some kind of proof that the art really is yours, and he will work to respect your art. You will also be added to the artist blacklist by default to help prevent any future uploads of your work.
