Just a quick update on a few changes. The most important change is that the site isn't slowing to a total crawl anymore or just dropping off completely. This is because the site was chewing through every bit of RAM it had on the server several times per day, and when this happened, shit basically stopped working until the server could catch up. The server's RAM has now been doubled, so that should be the end of our slow-downs for quite a while.

Just letting everyone know that I will be at Further Confusion starting tomorrow and coming back home on Monday. During this time I will have very few opportunities (or interest) checking anything online at all, including AGNPH, my e-mail, etc. If you really really need something, ummm... tell Ardy to call me I guess. I'm kind of assuming this place can run itself for a week. It basically does already.

We actually got this working several days ago, but I figured I should tell everybody anyways. We've got a brand new captcha installed on the forums to prevent automated user registration. You can see the new captcha here. Keep in mind that you'll need to log out first in order to see it, since you can't register a new account while logged into an account. :x

So apparently e-mails were going to admin@agnph.com whenever people clicked on that little "report this picture" or "report this comment" link in the gallery. No one was actually monitoring that e-mail address. I have no idea when it changed to that, nor do I know who changed it. Regardless, it's fixed now to send e-mails to me, so reporting pictures or comments may actually do some good from now on. :x
